Marjorie Dimashkie began her career at CHA Fertility Center in
2003, and has been in the field of reproductive medicine for over
15 years. She brings years of experience, dedication, and compassion
to our field of medicine, and is well known in the World of infertility.
Many years ago Marjorie went through infertility treatment, and
was blessed with one beautiful son who is entering the USC Film
School in Los Angeles. She has been married for almost 30 years
to a warm and caring individual, and is blessed with Sophie their
little "Min Pin".
Marjorie is not only our Director of Operations but she handles
all aspects of billing, human resources and consulting. She enjoys
meeting each and every patient who walks through our doors, and
is a great listener. We are fortunate to have her as part of our
CHA family.
A Message from our Director
I wanted to share with you a little about the CHA Fertility Center
and what to expect when you walk through our doors.
Many years ago as I was studying Journalism in College I knew in
my heart that I belonged in the field of Social Work, but never
thought I would be so driven in the field of reproductive medicine.
My husband and I were married for five years and had several miscarriages
(including one in my sixth month of pregnancy) when we finally decided
to seek help. Our initial consultation was not pleasant or encouraging,
however, we were successful on our second try of timed intercourse
with clomid. We have one beautiful son, and then at the age of 30
I went into full blown menopause. I was looking for someone to hold
our hands and explain how this could possibly be happening since
we had dreams of at least three to four children.
Several years later my middle sister went through in vitro fertilization
and was blessed with twins. Our mom had four children without any
problems so there was no reason to think her daughters would have
difficulty conceiving, wrong!
My personal and family experience with infertility sent me on a
mission to help as many couples as possible throughout my career.
I strongly believe that you need to choose a Center where the whole
staff works together as a team, and you feel comfortable with the
front office, back office, management and of course the physician.
From the first time you contact the Center you should have a feeling
of trust and confidence.
CHA Center is a small family atmosphere where all procedures are
performed by the physician, and each couple is assigned a clinical
coordinator to help them on a daily basis. Our Front Office team
is just as important to us as our Embryology, Back office and Physician
teams so please know that we are very careful and selective in our
interviewing process.
Be very selective and educated when you choose your IVF Center
and we hope you will give us the chance to help you reach your dreams
of parenthood.
Sincerely.
